Very disappointing meal. Nothing on last year. Service lacked personal touch and made to feel it was our fault that coffee and mince pies were not served when we queried where they were.
Did not appreciate the slamming of tray onto table and the dirty look from the waitress who wanted to get home. Some of us had also worked that day and paid good money for the Christmas day experience. Credit card machine wasn't working, took just under an hour for main to arrive. One main undercooked & one beef pie cold in the middle. Waitress never returned to ask if everything was ok with meals. Very disappointed!
